Full Job Description
Position: Division Financial Analyst

Location: Nashua, NH (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a Division Financial Analyst to join our team to support our rapidly growing businesses. The position will be located in Nashua, NH, reporting to the ACS Division Assistant Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple operating groups to support division-level reporting, leadership reviews, and decision-making
  • Partner with functional leaders to support financial reporting, understand financial performance and investigate variances
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency through standardization and automation
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial reporting requirements
  • Lead and support ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects in partnership with corporate, internal audit, and divisional leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and all levels of the organization, including operational teams, finance partners, and executive leadership.
