Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support Agro Operations through accurate financial reporting, spend analytics, budgeting, and forecasting. This role plays an integral part in monitoring sourcing performance, understanding cost drivers, and providing insights that guide procurement and agro strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and eager to grow their FP&A capabilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, including spend tracking, KPI updates, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain mid-month forecasts, Latest Estimates, and Year-to-Go outlooks.
  • Consolidate and validate data from ERP and procurement systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze cost drivers, spending trends, and category-level performance for direct and indirect materials.

Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Support the annual budgeting and planning cycles for Procurement and Agro Operations.
  • Prepare templates, schedules, and supporting documentation for budget submissions.
  • Track forecast updates and provide timely budget vs. actual variance explanations.
  • Consolidate financial inputs from category managers and sourcing teams.

Agro Operations Support
  • Assist with financial modeling for sourcing initiatives, commodity pricing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Track cost savings initiatives and maintain procurement performance dashboards.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics to support category strategy, supplier evaluation, and operational decisions.
  • Maintain financial documentation for sourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial Processes & Controls
  • Monitor Procure-to-Pay (P2P) compliance, spending patterns, and purchasing accuracy.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and help improve internal controls and reporting processes.
  • Maintain documentation for financial policies, procedures, and audit readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Agro Operations, Plant Finance, and Sourcing leadership to gather data and prepare insights.
  • Support materials and presentations for monthly financial reviews and procurement meetings.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements in financial tools, reporting automation, and data visualization.
