Description- The opportunity: Join Toberman Becker Wealth, a fee-only registered investment advisor (RIA), as a Financial Advisor serving successful professionals transitioning into retirement.
- Career development: The TBW Advisor Training Program combines experienced mentorship with an initial training period. Gradually progress from a firm support role to focusing fully on the new client relationships you lead, with dedicated support staff offered over time as the number of clients you serve grows.
- Client growth: Build your list of client relationships from scratch within TBW, primarily through the firm's marketing and referral pipeline rather than cold outreach. There are no lead-generation quotas.
- Compensation: Starting base salary is $95,000-$110,000 annually from day one. Earn the greater of your base salary or revenue-sharing compensation tied to the client relationships you build and lead.
- 401(k) plan: Receive an employer-funded 3% annual Safe Harbor contribution, fully vested immediately upon contribution. Eligibility begins after 3 months of employment.
- Health coverage: The firm does not currently offer employer-sponsored health insurance. Compensation is structured with this in mind.
- Work setting: Work in a flexible hybrid arrangement, or primarily in-office, based on what works best for you and your clients.

Qualifications• Hold CFP certification and have a clean U4. Recently certified professionals are welcome.
• Have 2-5 years of client service, advisor support, or junior advisor experience. No prior Lead Financial Advisor experience or existing book of business is required.
• Bring a strong desire to become a world-class Lead Advisor, openness to feedback, and willingness to perform support work while developing your skills.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Demonstrate financial planning and investment knowledge, proficiency with financial planning software, and strong organization and attention to detail.
• Explain complex financial topics clearly, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and commit to honest, client-first advice.
