Full Job Description
We are seeking a relationship-oriented Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys deepening client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and serving as a trusted resource for an established book of clients.

This is a salaried advisory role focused primarily on client service and relationship management. While business development opportunities are welcome, there is no requirement to source new clients.

Position Overview

The Financial Advisor will work closely with lead advisors and firm leadership to deliver an exceptional client experience while helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The advisor will inherit and service an existing client base and will play a key role in ongoing planning, relationship management, and financial guidance.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong operational and planning support.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary relationship manager for an established book of clients
• Lead and participate in client meetings, including meeting preparation, financial plan presentations, and follow-up
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and wealth management guidance tailored to each client's goals and circumstances
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service
• Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure seamless execution of client recommendations and service requests
• Assist clients with investment, retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow planning discussions
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and financial planning strategies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes and workflows
• Participate in business development opportunities if desired, though new client acquisition is not required

Qualifications
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
• CFP® certification preferred, or actively pursuing/willing to obtain the designation
• 2-5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or advisory services preferred
• Experience servicing high-net-worth or affluent client relationships strongly preferred
• Strong financial planning and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
