Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Leverage Planners is seeking values-based Financial Advisors to screen and develop high probability prospects into long-term clients. If you thrive on connecting with people, navigating important decisions, and moving conversations toward action, this role is designed for you. You'll work with high-probability prospects from our events and your marketing efforts, and guide them through discovery, plan presentation, implementation, and long-term onboarding. You'll own the relationship from start to finish, with full support from our internal planning and client service teams.

What You'll Do (Run our Sales Process, as follows)
  • Meet with company-generated and organic/self-generated Prospects
  • Perform a 30-45 minute Advisory Session to determine mutual Trust and Respect
  • When mutually agreed, schedule and hold a Strategy Session to review their financials
  • When mutually agreed, engage to begin adoption, and schedule money moves
  • With Investment Committee support, develop their Engineered Retirement Lifestyle Plan (ERLP)
  • At their Deployment Meeting, present their ERLP for adjustments and agreement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop, deliver, and implement the ERLP
  • Guide clients through account setup, product applications, and onboarding
  • Maintain momentum and accountability through every step of the engagement
  • 'Own the client's experience' for their first full year
  • Handoff the client to our service team once the relationship is fully established

What You Bring

MUST already possess at least one license:
  1. Series 65 (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  2. Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • 2+ years of experience in financial advising, insurance, or trust-based sales
  • Evidenced ability to empathetically lead clients to successful decisions
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot experience a plus)
