  • Support acquisition integration, finance systems onboarding, data conversion, and process standardization activities.
  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and Operations on initiatives that require integrated finance execution.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance activities and improve the quality and timeliness of financial information.

  • Partner with Accounting leadership to ensure SAP-enabled processes support accurate month-end close, account reconciliations, consolidation, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Assist with the design and validation of controls embedded in future-state finance processes.
  • Support internal and external audit readiness related to transformed processes, system changes, and financial reporting impacts.

Leadership & Change Management

  • Develop strong relationships with business process owners, finance leaders, regional teams, and end users.
  • Provide coaching, structure, and practical guidance to users and team members during implementation, training, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Help build long-term finance transformation capability within the organization.
