Full Job Description
Position Summary

The Escrow and Payment Solutions Director owns the client experience from the moment a deal kicks off through closing and into post-closing administration - whether SRSA is engaged as Escrow Agent or Paying Agent for pre-closing solicitation. In practice, that means acting as the quarterback across clients (typically attorneys, private equity professionals, and CFOs), internal Operations team, and the Relationship Associate team, and other internal support teams to make sure the right people get paid the right amounts at the right time, every time.

This is a highly cross-functional, relationship-driven role as opposed to a purely technical one. No two weeks look alike: one day youre educating a client new to SRSAs process, the next youre coordinating a multi-party fund flow on a high-profile transaction. The role requires sound judgment and discretion, the ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously, and comfort working with a wide range of personalities and expectations under real deadline pressure.

The ideal candidate thrives on fast-moving, detail-oriented work with a clear sense of ownership, communicates with confidence and humility in equal measure, and brings a genuine sense of urgency and calm to complex, high-stakes situations.

Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office, or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States.

If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning January 1, 2027, two days per week in office will be expected.

If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius of the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average four times per year.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $120,000k - $155,000k
