Position Description:

We're looking for a Team Lead who can guide the multidisciplinary effort to support CBO's financial systems modernization-especially the migration of legacy SIMS components into Microsoft 365. This person will serve as the primary technical and delivery lead, coordinate across SMEs, and ensure work aligns with CBO requirements and timelines.
This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Serve as the primary point of contact for CBO's COR and internal stakeholders.
. Lead and coordinate the work of Power Platform, .NET, cloud, and data specialists.
. Oversee modernization of legacy applications into M365 (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
. Review and interpret undocumented legacy components and guide the team through reverse engineering efforts.
. Ensure technical solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, compliance, and security.
. Manage requirements refinement, task prioritization, and delivery planning.
. Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and integration across M365, Azure, and existing CBO systems.
. Provide quality control for documentation, data models, workflows, and application enhancements.
. Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to CBO leadership and CGI management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Strong experience leading mixed-skill technical teams (Power Platform + .NET + cloud/data).
. Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
. Solid understanding of modern .NET development, APIs, SQL, and integration patterns.

. Comfortable coordinating and reviewing work across multiple technology areas.
. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Background supporting financial systems or accounting workflows.

. Experience working in federal modernization projects.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 - $176,300.00.
