In this position...

The FCSD Finance Agile Projects Lead will lead financial analysis and support strategy development for projects critical to FCSD's growth aspirations.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...
  • Provide financial support to the FCSD Digital Solutions group that is developing products to modernize the dealer service experience for Ford customers and grow the FCSD retail service parts business
  • Manage financial modeling and reporting for FCSD's major AI initiatives that will drive significant profit growth
  • Assist in developing an inventory of FCSD's Enterprise Technology requirements and lead business case development to ensure discretionary projects deliver a sufficient return on investment
  • Manage quarterly development of FCSD's balance sheet to identify key year-over-year and quarter-over-changes requiring additional scrutiny
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and presentation development for new FCSD strategic growth initiatives; apply AI and advanced analytics to FCSD's rich data sources to inform modeling and decision-making


Qualifications

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
