Full Job Description
Work Model: Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, FP&A is a high-impact finance leadership role within the Conveyance Solutions Division reporting up through the Automation and Motion Control Segment of Regal Rexnord. This role partners closely with business and finance leaders to shape financial strategy, improve performance, and provide clear insights that drive better decisions. It is an opportunity for a motivated finance leader to grow with a dynamic business, strengthen global FP&A processes, and make a meaningful difference across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Planning and Forecasting:

· Partner with site, segment, and division finance teams to support monthly operating reviews, annual plans, and long-range strategic plans.

· Prepare division-level strategic financials, forecasts, and related schedules that help leadership understand performance and plan for growth.

· Improve FP&A processes, tools, and timelines to create a more efficient, consistent, and scalable planning rhythm.

Turn Financial Data into Business Insight:

· Consolidate and analyze division financial results, forecasts, and strategic plan information.

· Identify risks, opportunities, trends, and alternatives to help leaders make informed decisions.

· Develop clear monthly reporting packages, business reviews, and President’s Operating Review materials.

· Guide global FP&A activities across North America, Europe, and Asia, including actuals close, forecasting, and planning deliverables.

Own Budgeting and Performance Management:

· Coordinate division and functional budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and company goals.

· Lead the consolidation of site budgets into a clear division-level financial plan.

· Support finance teams through the budgeting process and help build stronger planning capabilities across the division.

Drive Revenue, Margin, and Growth Insights:

· Track revenue and gross margin performance by business unit and product line.

· Translate trends into actionable insights that help the business improve performance and capture opportunities.

Build Better Tools, Processes, and Ways of Working:

· Standardize reporting tools, templates, and FP&A deliverables across the division.

· Own the FP&A calendar and ensure timely, accurate deliverables to segment and corporate teams.

· Look for practical ways to simplify work, reduce manual effort, and increase the quality of financial insights.

Influence and Communicate Across the Business:

· Partner with business units, commercial teams, operations, and finance leaders to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

· Present results, insights, and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling way.

Support Strong Controls and Business Discipline:

· Support internal controls, statutory requirements, and company accounting policies.

· Participate in balance sheet reviews and help maintain strong financial discipline across the business.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing setting.

· CPA preferred; strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

· Manufacturing finance experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced Microsoft and PowerBI skills; experience with SAP and OneStream preferred.

· Strong organization, discretion, and initiative, with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Travel

As required not to exceed 15%; may require to travel internationally

Expected Base Salary Range: $150,000-180,000 + bonus

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
