You will partner with Enterprise teams and Finance leadership to identify, develop, and deploy next-generation technology solutions that improve processes, strengthen service delivery, and support continued innovation across the Finance ecosystem.

- You can provide direct and indirect technical leadership for Digital Finance programs from strategy through execution.

- You can collaborate with Enterprise partners and Finance leadership to identify opportunities for next-generation technology.
- You can translate digital strategy into practical solutions that improve Finance processes, services, and user experiences.
- You can use strong professional judgment and creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues effectively.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $92,007-$147,211
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
