Full Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for driving subscriber forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting for T-Mobile's Prepaid and Connect by T-Mobile brands. This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver forward-looking subscriber and financial outlooks, identify trends and variances, and recommend course corrections that keep both brands on track.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end subscriber forecast for T-Mobile Prepaid and Connect by T-Mobile, including gross adds, disconnects, and churn. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve forecast models that reflect underlying business drivers and market dynamics.
  • Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance. Present findings to Senior Management, including suggestions for course correction
  • Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making across a range of business options and outcomes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators across accounts, markets, and channels. Develop dashboards and reports that give leadership a clear, timely view of brand performance.
  • Partner internally and with strategic partners to maintain sound accounting controls, audit readiness, and consistent processes and procedures.


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Required)
  • 5-7 years Experience in Analytics and Planning. (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Wireless Telecom or equivalent experience. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $86,300 - $155,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
