We're looking for an experienced candidate that is responsible for leading the Company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and analytical functions across multiple manufacturing operations and CSC locations. This position provides financial leadership and decision support to operations and executive management through analysis of financial results, standard costing, profitability, capital investments, and operational performance.

Job Responsibilities:- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across all business units and locations.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to leadership related to profitability, operational performance, labor, material, overhead, and manufacturing variances.
- Manage costing activities to ensure accurate and consistent costing practices across all Timpte locations, including the development and implementation of standardized costing procedures.
- Monitor the accuracy of product standards on a regular basis to minimize manufacturing variances resulting from inaccurate costs and update standards as required to reflect changes in manufacturing practices.
- Lead the effort to ensure timely and accurate standard cost updates as part of the budget process.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting field and 5-7 years of comparable experience in Accounting, Finance or related required. CPA highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and manufacturing operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Access, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
