- Lead by example, contributing to a dynamic and motivated dealership culture dedicated to excellence.
Requirements- Proven experience managing a high-volume F&I office - this role requires demonstrated success and verifiable results.
- Consistent performance in Per Vehicle Revenue (PVR) and product penetration without compromising Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Strong knowledge of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous given our diverse market.
- Prior experience in a high-volume dealership environment is strongly preferred.
