Full Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Finance Manager to serve as Finance Business Partner for the Rideshare business within T-Ads, while also owning the consolidated O&O financial view. This role combines hands-on P&L management for Rideshare — including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, and Month End Close — with responsibility for rolling up and consolidating the broader O&O financials for leadership and corporate reporting. This role will partner closely with Rideshare P&L leaders and Commercial Teams to develop financial insights, build revenue models, and support trade deal activity. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A fundamentals and commercial acumen to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities • Own full P&L management for Rideshare including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Month End Close, and all associated reporting requirements. • Build and own the Rideshare Revenue Model, tracking Bookings, Pipeline, Delivery, Lines of Business, Product Adoption, and Take Rates to accurately predict Revenue. • Support Commercial Teams on deal economics and commercial decisions as needed, including ad hoc profitability analysis and review of deal terms. • Track and analyze KPIs to keep P&L leaders informed on Take Rates, LoB Distribution, Media Mix, Customer Trends, Churn / Retention / New Business, Product Adoption, and Seller performance. • Develop and deliver monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and regular KPI insights for P&L leaders and senior stakeholders. • Take ownership of Rideshare rate cards and commercial approvals; lead pricing, revenue, and market expansion initiatives for relevant products and geographies. • Partner with P&L Owners and Sales Leads to develop data-driven Quotas and support commission, SPIFF, and incentive compensation calculations. • Own the O&O consolidated financial view, rolling up Rideshare and other O&O business financials into a single, accurate picture for leadership and corporate reporting. • Align with the T-Ads consolidation FP&A Team on corporate deliverable inputs including R&O management, Forecast, Budgets and LRP’s. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
