If you want to shape where and how Amazon invests in its next generation of fulfillment infrastructure, this is the seat. Our business is rapidly expanding and increasing in scope, providing for a rich career growth environment. A successful Finance Manager will showcase a high degree of ownership and will be able to independently partner cross-functionally to deliver results. - Own the CAR funding process for new sites: prepare financial packages, drive partner alignment, and shepherd requests through approval workflows

- Conduct tradeoff analysis on site locations, building configurations, and co-location opportunities across fulfillment networks

- Track capital spend against approved budgets during construction and ramp, reporting actuals and variance to plan

- Manage financial handoffs from business case approval through site launch to the operational finance teams providing ongoing FP&A support

- Coordinate with network finance, CAPEX, GES, and Real Estate teams on site investment alignment, due diligence scoping, and pre-construction financial inputs

- Support the network-level business case by providing site-specific data, validating assumptions, and escalating risks that affect program-level paybacks

- Contribute to OP and guidance cycle deliverables (WBR, MEC) as they relate to new network launches and capital deployment
