This highly visible role is perfect for someone ready to lead, strategize, and build success across a complex, fast‑growing line of business.

Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Own the financial performance of Pre-Owned programs, managing P&L across revenue, claims, repairs, and logistics.

  • Drive a smooth and timely month-end close through strong partnership with the Accounting team.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to actively improve loss ratios and margins.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Claims, Product, and Commercial teams to support smart, profitable business decisions.

  • Proactively analyze claims trends, cost drivers, and unit economics to surface efficiency and cost-optimization opportunities.

  • Deliver impactful monthly close packages, variance analysis, and executive-ready financial insights.

  • Design, build, and maintain KPIs and dashboards that bring visibility to program performance and overall business health.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a field that will set you up for success as a Finance Manager, including Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, or something related

  • 6 – 8 years of professional experience that demonstrates your strong understanding of finance and/or accounting

  • Strong Excel financial modelling skills — you haven’t just owned models, you’ve been building them! (Discounted cash flows, financial operation models, ROI-based models, rolling forecast models)

  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite.

  • Someone comfortable hitting the ground running in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills. You know how to build rapport and trust with stakeholders in your business and those outside of it as well.

  • An eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute. We’re always ready to bring in someone with a great attitude!

Extra Skills We’d Love to See

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and/or a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) that shows your dedication to the world of finance.

  • Ability to build and scale 3-statement financial models.

  • Previous professional experience mentoring, supervising, or directly managing employees.
