This role sits within the Traditional Sortable & Softlines (TSSL+) team and directly supports the TSSL+ network lead. The Finance Manager will serve as the go-to planning expert, leading quarterly, annual, and long range forecasting cycles that define how the network operates and grows. It's a rare opportunity to operate at the 10,000-foot level, understanding the full strategic picture of the network and translating that into financial plans that guide executive decision-making. From there, you'll partner with a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leadership who drive execution across the business. Beyond strategic planning , the role also includes ownership of broad, cross-functional projects from integrating emerging business lines into existing processes or spearheading efforts to embed AI-driven solutions into how the team plans and operates. Key job responsibilities • Lead overall TSSL+ financial planning by building cost bridges, partnering with key stakeholders to craft narratives for senior leadership, and distilling key insights on the impact of KPIs on our performance. • Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across planning workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability. • Provide financial support to business partners on key initiatives that improve the quality of deliveries, speed of delivery, and/or reduce costs. • Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps. • Proactively partner with managers to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities and de-prioritize those unlikely to drive material improvement. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence and work-life harmony. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results The base salary range for this position is listed below.
