• Desk deals accurately, submit for lender approval, and close deals effectively
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare and deliver paperwork and contracts
• Audit team deals post-sale to ensure accuracy
• Facilitate prompt funding of contracts
