Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.
- Maximize profitability by offering customers financial products that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and dealership processes.
- Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We Offer:- Lucrative Compensation: $96,000 - $196,000 per year depending on performance, with bonus opportunities.

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership finance experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
