Full Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team!

As part of the Finance and Accounting team, the Finance Manager will serve as a strategic, financial, and operational partner to the management team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will provide comprehensive financial insight into our business while driving efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of two analysts focused on financial analysis, budgeting, reporting support, and data/report automation
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of financial reports, operational reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including coordination with department heads to gather inputs, validate assumptions and identify areas requiring further judgment or clarification
  • Prepare monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, and commentary to support leadership decision-making
  • Build, automate, and continuously improve standardized financial reports as new business reporting needs are identified
  • Prepare complex one-time analyses and reporting packages related to orders, invoices, revenue, costs, customer activity, and other business metrics
  • Act as a key finance contact for reporting accuracy and data integrity across NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other operational systems
  • Own and drive finance reporting optimization initiatives, including improvements to data flows, report logic, dashboards and recurring reporting processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, Sales, and other teams to investigate data issues, improve reporting consistency, and ensure reliable financial and operational information
  • Develop and maintain financial models, budget files, forecast templates, and analytical tools used to support planning and business performance analysis
  • Assist with automation or process initiatives related to accounting workflows where required
  • Support the Accounting Supervisor and Controller with schedules, analysis, or reporting required for accounting, audit, tax, or compliance purposes as needed
  • Use advanced Excel, Power Query, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity methods to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actional insights for management and business stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • An active CPA designation is considered a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and effective prompting techniques to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and analytical output

Experience & Skills:
  • Previous experience in a Finance Leadership role, preferably within a multi-entity or digital-first organization
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to map, document, and improve complex processes and data flows
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable business insights
