A Day in the Life

The Sr. Servicing & Loan Systems Specialist is responsible for operationalizing loan sale agreements with established capital partners, ensuring all post-sale servicing, reporting, compliance, and partner relationship management functions are executed with excellence. This role ensures that all investor-facing processes are seamlessly integrated into internal systems and workflows, enabling accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of data, remittances, and performance updates. The VP plays a critical role in supporting Lendistry's access to secondary markets and maintaining trusted, long-term partner relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Operationalize Loan Sale Agreements
• Translate executed loan sale agreements into internal operational workflows, ensuring all reporting, servicing, and compliance requirements are clearly defined and communicated to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for each partner's unique post-sale servicing and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Servicing, Compliance, Finance, and IT to integrate loan sale terms into loan systems, servicing platforms, and audit controls.
• Maintain a centralized reference library of current agreements, partner requirements, and associated servicing/reporting obligations.

Post-Sale Servicing Execution
• Oversee day-to-day execution of post-sale servicing responsibilities including remittance, data delivery, collateral tracking, and compliance certifications.
• Ensure loan performance, payment activity, and servicing actions are tracked and reported accurately and in accordance with investor requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve post-sale issues, such as payment discrepancies, data mismatches, or servicing variances.

Investor Reporting & Compliance
• Manage all scheduled and ad hoc reporting to capital partners, including payment remittance reports, portfolio performance summaries, delinquencies, and compliance certifications.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all investor deliverables.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure ongoing alignment with applicable regulations, partner expectations, and audit readiness.

Partner Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary operational contact for capital partners post-sale, ensuring clear, responsive, and proactive communication.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with partners to review performance, address questions, and reinforce servicing expectations.
• Act as a trusted liaison between internal departments and external partners to support long-term relationship health and future growth opportunities.

Process Improvement & Data Integration
• Lead initiatives to automate and improve loan sale reporting and data transmission processes, reducing manual touchpoints and errors.
• Partner with Technology and BI teams to build dashboards and tools that provide internal and external visibility into sold-loan performance.
• Continuously assess and improve servicing and reporting operations to align with evolving investor needs and industry standards.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Must have Nortridge Loan System (NLS) administrator and development or administration experience for this role.
• 8+ years of experience in loan operations, secondary markets, loan servicing, or partner management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Must have working experience with Nortridge Loan System
• Strong understanding of loan servicing workflows, investor reporting obligations, and servicing compliance requirements.
• Experience managing post-sale relationships with banks, CDFIs, or other capital providers.
• High proficiency with loan servicing systems, data management tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards), and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and partner satisfaction.
• Familiarity with SBA or government-backed loan programs and related reporting (e.g., Form 1502).
• Experience working with capital partners across mission-driven and institutional investment models.
• Demonstrated success in operationalizing financial agreements and maintaining service-level commitments.

COMPENSATION RANGE

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-114,000 annually.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
