Join our F&I team at our CDJR location in the North Hills. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to add a professional F&I manager to our existing quality leadership team. Only experienced, high performers need apply. We are looking for the best of the best and will compensate accordingly.
Primary Duties:
• Offer vehicle financing and menu products to customers for lease and purchase
• Prepare, structure, and secure customer financing and leasing
• Comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
Requirements
• Prior Automotive F&I Experience required!
• Above average communication skills

• Strong work ethic
