proven, high-integrity Finance Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is a performance-driven opportunity for an F&I professional who excels at customer experience, compliance, and profitability-while operating in a modern, process-focused dealership.
What You'll Do- Deliver an exceptional, transparent purchase experience from credit interview through delivery
- Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance, protection products) with integrity
- Structure and submit deals to lender partners to maximize approvals and profitability
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation, funding, and timely contract processing
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve close rates and overall deal quality
What We're Looking For- Automotive F&I experience required (Chevrolet experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit tiers, and compliance standards
- Consistent track record of PVR, product penetration, and CSI performance
- Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
