Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks to contribute to the project success.

How You'll Make an Impact
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of commercial project managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Establish performance goals and objectives, monitor progress and results, and provide guidance, direction, feedback, and coaching to promote skills development and knowledge growth.
• Provide comprehensive data analysis and detailed insights to support the Head of Finance PM in forecasting and planning, budget development, and the preparation of monthly reporting packages for North America executives.
• Play an active role in month-end closing activities and maintain accurate project books and records in compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Support Project Managers and project teams in managing financial results with the utmost attention to detail by developing financial scenarios, identifying and assessing potential risks and opportunities, evaluating and implementing strategies, and continuously monitoring progress and taking appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, handling communications and coordinating activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
