Overview of Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Finance Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across multiple lines of business.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with data and technology skills, leveraging Power BI, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, automate processes, and uncover key business insights. This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial transparency, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the quality of financial storytelling.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Financial Close & Performance Reporting
  • Lead monthly and quarterly expense close activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting
  • Deliver variance reporting and analysis across Actuals, Plan, and Forecast, highlighting key drivers of performance
  • Oversee expense reporting processes, ensuring alignment across cost centers and business units
  • Produce and maintain key reporting deliverables, including dashboards, scorecards, workforce metrics, and profitability reporting
  • Provide ongoing visibility into expense performance through structured reporting and analysis


Financial Analysis & Business Insights
  • Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, clearly articulating key drivers of performance
  • Deliver concise, executive-ready insights to support monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Differentiate recurring trends from one-time impacts to support accurate forecasting and decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business leaders) to gather inputs and align on performance insights


Reporting Automation & Process Improvement
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into expense trends and key performance indicators
  • Enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and usability
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, accelerate analysis, and improve data accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, including variance analysis, commentary consolidation, and anomaly detection
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to modernize financial processes and enhance overall reporting capabilities


What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Excel (financial modeling, large datasets)
    • Power BI (dashboard development, data visualization)
  • Strong experience in expense management, financial analysis, and allocation methodologies

  • Experience developing interactive dashboards, automated reporting, and scalable analytics solutions
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools for financial analysis and process optimization


Pay Range:
$88,000.00 - $147,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
