Collaborate with the Contracts Director to ensure financial documentation supports federal contract modifications, Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REA), and scope changes.

Payroll & Internal Controls

Ensure proper payroll processing across the Salute portfolio, including vacation and time-off tracking, workers' compensation, and short- and long-term disability administration.

Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour regulations.

Oversee internal controls related to cash, inventory, and equipment across the portfolio, implementing procedures that protect Aramark assets and minimize risk.
