Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, expense reporting and executive correspondence with discretion

Full Job Description
The Finance & Investments Coordinator is a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Management, supporting enterprise finance initiatives and investment operations. This role blends executive support and project management responsibilities to drive alignment, execution and operational excellence across the Finance organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-level executive support to the SVP, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and confidential communications.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready materials such as briefings, financial presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key liaison and gatekeeper, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and prioritization across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the SVP to define priorities, track progress, and execute strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects within Finance and Investments, including planning, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights to support financial decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, board materials, and follow-ups while ensuring compliance with training requirements and organizational standards.

Finance Coordinator - Support Financial and Investment Operations

Pay Range:
120,053.00 - 150,066.50
