What does a Commercial Finance & Pricing Director do at WPP Production?
The Commercial Finance and Pricing Director, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, Americas, will play a pivotal role in the pricing of new/existing financial opportunities, while managing the financial health of the existing client base across the WPP Production NA portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Manage the new business commercial process, including implementing strategic, competitive pricing methodologies.
-Manage pricing strategy for existing clients, balancing revenue and profit results with long term potential.
-Manage the financial health of the portfolio, analyzing revenue risks/opportunities and profitability.
-Manage the collection and presentation of data for client required reporting.
-Play an integral part in MSA/SOW/Contract review, ensuring mutually-beneficial terms.
-Managing client communications, including with brand marketing managers and procurement.
-Assisting in the preparation of rate cards.
-Monitoring new business pipeline activity, to help drive financial strategy and forecasting analyses.
Key Requirements:
-10+ years of Agency experience required.
-Must have experience in developing cross functional relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
-Forecasting experience.
-Experience in aligning different perspectives and inputs to generate concise cost proposals and outputs.
-Direct client negotiation experience.
-Experience in development of MSA's and familiarity with legal terms.
-Experience in generating pricing that incorporates AI tools/software is a plus.
-At least 3 years in people management.
-Clear and concise communication skills.
-Advanced Excel skills.
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000.
