Finance Director - North America to lead financial performance across our $500M North American manufacturing region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business results, develop people, and make a meaningful impact in a global organization.
What You'll Do- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a multi-site manufacturing region.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial, and executive leadership to drive business performance.
- Oversee monthly close, financial analysis, and working capital performance.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing regional finance team.
- Champion continuous improvement, financial controls, and process standardization.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong manufacturing and standard-cost accounting experience.
- Experience leading multi-site or regional finance organizations.
- Exceptional business partnering, communication, and leadership skills.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $175,000 plus bonus. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
