Meet the Team

We are the Americas Sales and Service Finance Team. This career path supports the Canada East-West Sales Team (Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector Quebec/Atlantic) and reports to the Canada Theatre Controller. We are a seasoned professional team working together to solve challenges, win as one, and provide the coaching necessary for individual and collective success.

Your Impact

As the Finance Manager, you will partner with a world-class Sales Team to drive Cisco's recurring revenue transformation. You will serve as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights to coach the team, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.
  • Business Partnering: Analyze key metrics (pipeline, forecast, gross margin, discount, OPEX) to coach the team toward success and support long-range planning and new year readiness.
  • Compliance: Ensure deal structures and OPEX spending align with governing policies and safeguard company assets through tight controls.
  • People: Engage cross-functionally with Sales Management, Business Units, Cisco Capital, Legal, and Revenue Accounting.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage AI to drive process simplification and efficiency across forecasting and day-to-day operations.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada without the support of sponsorship; now or in the future.
  • Must be local to one of the 3 job posting locations. Toronto, Canada, Atlanta, Georgia, or Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience across multiple finance disciplines.
  • Prior experience analyzing SaaS metrics and Sales Pipeline (MEDDPICC).
  • Expert knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and Excel modeling.
  • Expert knowledge of managing financial risk and expenses.

  • Partenariat commerciaux : analyser les indicateurs clés (filière, prévisions, marge brute, remise, frais d'exploitation) pour orienter l'équipe vers la réussite et favoriser la planification à long terme et la préparation à la nouvelle année.
  • Conformité : s'assurer que les structures des transactions et des frais d'exploitation s'harmonisent avec les politiques de gouvernance et protégent les ressources de l'entreprise par des contrôles rigoureux.
  • Personnes : collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec la gestion des ventes, les unités commerciales, Cisco Capital, le service juridique et la comptabilité des revenus.
  • Excellence opérationnelle : tirer parti de l'IA pour simplifier les processus et améliorer l'efficacité des prévisions et des opérations quotidiennes.


Qualifications minimales
  • Autorisé à travailler aux États-Unis ou au Canada sans l'appui du parrainage; aujourd'hui ou à l'avenir.
  • Se situer à l'un des trois emplacements indiqués dans l'offre d'emploi. Toronto, Canada, Atlanta, Georgie, ou Research Triangulaire Park, Caroline du Nord.
  • Baccalauréat en finances ou en administration des affaires, ou encore dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins cinq années d'expérience de travail pertinente dans plusieurs disciplines du domaine financier.
  • Expérience antérieure dans l'analyse des indicateurs SaaS et de la filière des ventes (MEDDPICC).
  • Connaissance approfondie de l'analyse financière, des prévisions et de la modélisation Excel.
  • Expertise en gestion des dépenses et des risques financiers.
