Compensation: $93,100.80 - $144,227.20
What You Will Do:As a Finance Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to hospital and operational leaders, helping guide financial decisions that support organizational success. In this role, you will:
- Partner with leadership to develop strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
- Lead the development and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and Board-level review.
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Decision Support, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organization.
- Support organizational initiatives, service line growth, and operational improvement efforts through data-driven analysis.
- Serve as a key financial resource on cross-functional committees and strategic projects.

What You Bring:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 8-10 years of healthcare financial management experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership, executives, and governing boards
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
