Finance Business Partner

Location: Malvern, PA (Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital)

Schedule: Full-Time Day Schedule (100% On-Site)

Compensation: $93,100.80 - $144,227.20

What You Will Do:

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to hospital and operational leaders, helping guide financial decisions that support organizational success. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with leadership to develop strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and Board-level review.
  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Decision Support, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support organizational initiatives, service line growth, and operational improvement efforts through data-driven analysis.
  • Serve as a key financial resource on cross-functional committees and strategic projects.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of healthcare financial management experience required

  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
