Finance & Business Operations Manager (Growth Track)

Reporting Directly to the CEO
St. Louis, Missouri

This is not a traditional accounting role.

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial leader who wants to help build something meaningful. This position is designed for someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, challenge assumptions, and have a direct impact on the trajectory of a rapidly growing beverage platform.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance & Business Operations Manager (Growth Track) will play a critical role in helping shape the future of our company. The successful candidate will own key accounting and finance responsibilities while partnering across brewing, operations, sales, distribution, hospitality, and executive leadership to drive smart decisions, stronger performance, and scalable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who sees beyond the numbers and wants to become a trusted business partner to leaders across the organization.

This role is particularly well suited for a finance, accounting, FP&A, analytics, or operations professional who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and become a key contributor to the growth of a dynamic beverage company.

What You'll Do

Finance & Accounting: Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis; budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management; month-end and year-end close support; financial controls; external partner coordination; financial modeling.

Business Operations & Analytics: Build KPI dashboards; improve brewing and operational efficiency; support sales performance analytics; identify growth opportunities; develop data-driven decision making.

Strategic Growth & Acquisitions: Support acquisition evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, integration planning, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Preferred Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

3-8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, analytics, consulting, operations, or related disciplines

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience building reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools

Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or strategic projects

Familiarity with AI and propensity to utilize AI tools to leverage business functionality and problem solving

Experience in brewing, beverage alcohol, food & beverage, or CPG industries is highly desirable

Direct experience supporting brewery operations, wholesaler networks, distributor management, production economics, and profitability analysis is particularly attractive

Strong understanding of brewery financial drivers including yields, packaging economics, distributor relationships, depletion trends, pricing, and route-to-market profitability is a significant plus
