JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Vice President to join our Product, Experience, & Technology (PXT) Transformation & Governance team. This role will give you the opportunity to support calendarization, reporting, analytics, and transformation initiatives in the PXT Planning & Analysis (P&A) area.


As a Vice President in PXT P&A, you will collaborate with Finance & Business Management (F&BM) partners and other central PXT team members to enhance processes, drive standardization, and lead change across planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will develop strong subject matter expertise (SME) in existing tools and processes, translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, and enable the PXT community through clear guidance, communications, and training

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide guidance for finance teams on forecasting and budgeting PXT expenses, promoting consistent approaches and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align budget timelines, requirements, and inputs; drive timely closure of open items and escalations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain deep SME knowledge of PXT planning and reporting processes and the associated tooling; act as a go-to resource for questions, triage, and best practices across the community.
  • Understand various financial tools and support PXT teams in structuring their financial data appropriately to derive accurate insights; partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and usability.
  • Drive change and transformation initiatives (e.g., process simplification, standardization, automation, improved controls, reporting enhancements), including problem definition, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and rollout/adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions; establish clear requirements, success metrics, and feedback loops.
  • Create and maintain detailed budget process documentation, controls, and guidance materials; ensure content is current, easy to consume, and actionable.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor27s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages and materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders (influence without authority), manage resistance, and deliver sustainable process improvements.
  • Highly organized with strong program/process management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Hands on experience with Essbase, SQL, Tableau and Alteryx in a professional setting is a plus.
