• Adherence to F&L reporting standards of Bobby Rahal Automotive Group.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with negotiation abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Team-oriented with independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree required with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
• Support the Sales Department in financing and legal documentation processes.
• Lead the Finance team to exceed performance goals.
• Monitor and ensure proper funding of vehicle deals.
• Provide training and support for Finance and Sales Consultants.
• Assist in obtaining finance approvals and completing paperwork as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and product vendors.
• Maintain an organized and clean department.
• Establish and meet monthly performance objectives.
• Engage in department and management meetings.
