What You'll Do:- Secure financing for customers and present protection products with confidence, clarity, and compliance.
- Drive profitability through effective selling of extended service contracts, GAP, and other high-value products.
- Partner with the General Manager and Sales team to deliver a seamless, 5-star purchase and delivery experience.
- Build rapport and trust with every customer - earning repeat business and referrals.
- Communicate with lenders to secure competitive terms.
- Ensure accurate and timely closings on all deals while keeping CSI sky-high.
What We're Looking For:- A motivated, coachable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
- Experience in sales or finance (RV/automotive preferred - but we'll train the right attitude).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communicator with a professional appearance and strong closing skills.
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
