Full Job Description
Finance and Business Planning's mission is to enable Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We take a uniquely long-term view towards business problems. It is critical that we operate with an objective perspective, and represent our point of view even when it is at odds with the partners we support. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate. We strive to balance our responsibility to support business partners with our responsibility to serve the long-term mission and sustainability of Meta and act as stewards of company resources. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance and Business Operations Manager to support the full financial picture for Facebook's Creators and Monetization orgs. Those orgs are responsible for building for creators and growing our business. This is a visible and integral role directly partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional business partners. As part of the Facebook Finance Team, you will contribute to managing Facebook's user engagement and revenue-driving initiatives, investments in new business models and product experiences, and ROI understanding. You'll represent your business partners across the full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting activities. You'll act as both a financial business partner and advisor to Creators and Monetization leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted Finance partner for Product, Engineering, and cross functional Tech leaders. Work collaboratively with these groups on growing the business, product investment strategy, capital allocation, and headcount and expense planning
• Drive nuanced return on investment (ROI) and impact frameworks across headcount, expense, creator content monetization, and other user engagement and revenue-driving investments
• Proactively lead analytics and projects requiring expertise in Facebook's business model and share your insights with relevant stakeholders
• Present financial reporting and forecasts to stakeholders across Facebook and Finance
• Collaborate with central and horizontal Finance & Business Planning (FBP) teams to improve or automate core processes and drive adoption of AI tools internally

Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in rigorous Business Operations, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related organizations demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Experience using analytical and quantitative modeling skills, including buildout of advanced driver-based financial models (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL)
• Demonstrated history of building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on financial targets
• Consistently takes initiative and approaches business challenges and opportunities with clarity, and intention
• Experience providing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree
