Full Job Description
The impact

As the Finance and Business Operations Lead, you will be working on high impact projects and partnerships that drive value for the business. This role will involve analyzing product, finance, and business data. Sample projects include gross margin optimization, developing pricing strategies and tools, identifying new data partnerships, and developing product analytics dashboards. While you will be working most closely with our Head of Finance and Business Operations and COO, projects are cross-functional in nature and require collaboration with various business functions and departments.

What you'll do
  • Shape the Future: Play a pivotal role in our financial forecasting and investor relations, helping to articulate our vision and performance to stakeholders as we navigate our growth journey. You would be responsible for building and maintaining the financial model for the business.
  • Uncover Insights: Leverage your SQL expertise to decode data and unveil actionable insights that directly influence our key partnerships, target setting, and business strategy. You would be supporting key product partnerships with a focus on driving margin optimization, product innovation, and overall growth.
  • Empower Decision-Making: Act as the bridge between data and strategy, analyzing potential partnership opportunities, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our financial forecasts and targets are always data-driven and forward-looking.
  • Build for Impact: Design and maintain dynamic tools and dashboards that empower our sales, product, and customer success teams, enabling them to make informed, real-time decisions that propel our business forward.

Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, consulting, or other equivalent analytical roles at a fast-growing company
  • Experience to quantitative or data-intensive environments (finance, trading, analytics)
  • Strong finance, SQL, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (i.e. Rillet, Quickbooks, Ramp, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable with ambiguity and driven by curiosity.
  • Located in NYC or willing to relocate
Extra awesome
  • Familiarity with AI agent products, workflows, or infrastructure from a hands-on building perspective
  • Experience working at an early-stage company, especially in B2B fintech spaces such as BaaS


The annual US base salary range for this role is: $150,000 - $200,000.
