Job Description:

Senior Manager – Y-Hire® Finance & Accounting (CAS)

Crowe is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Y-Hire® Finance and Accounting team within our Studio group. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality Client Accounting Services (CAS), overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and elevating the team’s technical accounting capabilities.

You will serve as both an operational leader and technical advisor—ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting while strengthening accounting practices, developing talent, and driving client value. This role blends hands-on execution, people leadership, and strategic client engagement.

This is a hybrid position with 2–3 days in the office each week.

At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000.00 - $284,300.00 per year.
