- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Finance, translating business challenges into actionable analytics initiatives.
- Lead analytics use cases from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and measurement of business impact.
- Help modernize Finance reporting, standardize KPIs, improve self-service capabilities, and reduce manual processes.
- Connect business stakeholders with Analytics, Engineering, and Governance teams to ensure solutions are both technically scalable and valuable to the business.
- Deliver deeper insights around forecasting, financial performance, variances, trends, root causes, and scenario analysis.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 6 to 10 years of experience across analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or finance analytics.
- Experience directly supporting Finance organizations including FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance.
- Strong Power BI experience with the ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Technical proficiency with SQL and experience utilizing Python and/or R for statistical and advanced analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
- Exposure to Databricks, modern data architectures, data governance, KPI standardization, forecasting, anomaly detection, or reporting transformation would be highly valuable.
