The RoleVeev is in need of a skilled finance analyst to support our organization. This role will support with planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
Responsibilities- Support all Operations functions - Production, Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and Inventory
- Work closely with Operations Planning on delivery schedule and build all headcount and spend forecasts
- Support Supply Chain with inventory planning and supply negotiations
- Help Fabrication, Site Construction, and Logistics identify areas of potential efficiency improvements
- Assess return on CAPEX investment, and determine rent vs. buy of equipment
- Publish Budget vs. Actual and Operations KPI reporting
- Collaborate with Accounting team to close monthly financial statements
- Deliver Profitability reports by project
- Other finance and reporting projects as needed
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
- 2-5 years of corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience.
- Experience in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Detail- oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional experience in analytics and financial modeling; strong Excel skills are required
- Works well in a team environment, and can both take and give direction in working towards a common set of goals
CompensationPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $95,000 - $120,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
