Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in market analysis within the automotive sector
• Strong analytical skills with mastery of data analysis tools like Excel (Smartview & Power BI preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear presentation of complex findings
• Master's degree is preferred
• Desirable knowledge of US automotive market trends and incentive strategies

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales incentives program (rebates, financing offers, lease offers, loyalty, conquest) within US Retail market
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources including transaction data, pricing reports, and competitor campaigns
• Evaluate payments, spending, transaction price, and market position relative to competition
• Assess incentive program cost structure for profitability and sales volume enhancements
• Prepare detailed market analysis reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize incentive programs based on market intelligence
