Finance Analyst Senior - Level 3

Location: Fort Worth TX

What You Will Be Doing
You will be the Finance Analyst Senior for the F-35 Production Labor team. Our team is responsible for comprehensive support for program finance, encompassing tasks such as establishing cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis, performing production-specific labor performance analysis, conducting and presenting findings to leadership, leveraging expertise in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
As the Finance Analyst Senior you will support a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing and managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets, production specific performance analysis, and data anomaly root cause analysis and corrective action.

Other responsibilities will include:
• Conducting Estimate at Complete analysis (EAC)
• Preparing accompanying analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership
• Using your data mining and data analysis expertise as well as presenting those findings to management

Who You Are
You are an experienced finance professional with a strong background in aerospace program finance and a proven ability to translate complex cost and performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. You have deep expertise in establishing and managing cost baselines, conducting Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analyses, and performing production-specific labor performance assessments. Your analytical toolkit includes advanced data-mining and data-analysis techniques, and you are comfortable using a variety of enterprise software platforms to uncover anomalies, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.

You excel at preparing concise, data-driven presentations and can effectively communicate findings and recommendations to leaders at all levels of the organization. Your proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment enable you to support the F-35 Production Labor team in delivering accurate financial analysis, robust cost estimates (EAC), and informed decision-making that advances program success.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

Microsoft Excel experience such as developing Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Databases to obtain data and develop reports

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field from an accredited college

Desired skills

Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience

Deltek Suite (Cobra and PM Compass) experience

Development of EACs and ETCs familiarity

Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP), SAP tool experience

Budgeting and Tracking a Corporate Program experience

Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar manufacturing systems experience

Experienced Communicator, to interface with senior leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites

Experienced in data analysis, detail oriented output and process, in order to function independently, while consistently meeting deadlines

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
