Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Anaplan is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems is essential.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and spreadsheet creation.
• Excellent analytical and data gathering skills are required.
• Capability to present financial data effectively through reports and charts.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capability.
• Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• A BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA/CPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze past results and perform variance analysis to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Develop financial models for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Drive process enhancements, creating standard reports and Excel dashboards.
• Report on financial performance and prepare materials for leadership reviews.
• Lead regular financial performance reviews with senior management and budget owners.
• Coordinate long-term financial planning with the CFO and executive team.
• Perform forecasting, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.
• Contribute to the annual budget planning process.
• Research historical financial data thoroughly.
• Explore investment opportunities, assessing risks and rewards.
• Conduct market research and data mining for business intelligence.
