What You'll Do

As a Finance Business Partner Analyst, you'll help transform financial data into actionable business insights by:
• Supporting monthly business performance reviews and helping leaders understand key financial results
• Identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and commercial drivers that influence profitability and growth
• Partnering with commercial teams supporting Orica's New Technology business to analyze product and customer performance
• Assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Creating reports, dashboards, and performance analysis that improve decision quality
• Leveraging Power BI, financial systems, and emerging AI technologies to improve reporting and automation
• Supporting regional reporting requirements and communicating key performance insights to stakeholders across the business
• Building strong relationships with finance and operational teams to understand what drives business success

Compensation Range
• $78,675 - $105,000 USD per year
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan

(Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
