About the Role - Finance Business Partner (Commercial)

We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who thrives on turning data into insight, influencing business decisions, and driving measurable results. This is more than a finance role. You'll act as a trusted advisor to commercial and operational leaders, helping shape strategy, improve profitability, and unlock growth opportunities across the business.

This role is based in our Centennial, Colorado office, with an in-office presence four days per week.
In this role, you will:
• Partner directly with commercial and operational leaders to influence key business decisions.
• Deliver insights that improve profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities that shape strategic priorities.
• Evaluate business opportunities, investment decisions, and customer profitability to drive commercial success.
• Identify trends and opportunities through financial analysis and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
• Be a key voice in helping leaders understand financial performance and the drivers behind results.
What Makes You Successful
We're looking for someone who combines strong financial expertise with exceptional business partnering skills.
You may be a great fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, consulting, or commercial finance.
• Enjoy partnering with leaders and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering insights that drive action.
• Bring experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Can simplify complex financial information and communicate it clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Have experience working in a large, complex, or global organization.
• Have SAP experience and a background in public accounting or Big 4 environments (preferred but not required).

Compensation Range
• $104,000 - $144,000 USD per year
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
(Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
