Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarian is seeking a qualified Fielder/Trainer (New Equipment), Intermediate candidate to support Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2).

Seeking a knowledgeable, highly skilled, and experienced Radars Systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for positions as New Equipment Trainers (NET)/Fielders in support of Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2). The Trainer is an integral team member of the PdM M2S2 program office team and serves as the primary subject matter expert and support for Radar Systems Field Services to include but not limited to Operating, Fielding, Training, Maintenance, and Sustainment of the PM Radars family of systems (AN/TPQ-50 and AN/TPQ-53 Radars).

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active, energetic, assertive individual willing to exceed the customer's expectations within the scope and performance of contract requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair of failed components to the LRU level, including circuit cards
  • Remove, repair, and replace un-serviceable components and parts
  • Identify and requisition parts required for system repair
  • Support efforts associated with failure analysis, system upgrades, and modifications.
  • Perform system software loading in support of initial fielding or software upgrades
  • Perform modification kit installation at using unit locations
  • Support testing efforts associated with system and software upgrades
  • Participate in technical publication reviews and maintenance procedure changes
  • Participate in training package reviews
  • Perform system check-out procedures prior to initial fielding to Army units
  • Perform over-the-shoulder training to Soldiers in the operation of the radar, operator level maintenance, and corrective maintenance actions of the 94M or field level maintenance

Salary range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen and possess an active Secret level security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree (Four (4) additional years of related experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Minimum 4 years of field experience on Radar systems OR NET/Fielding experience for a DoD Program Office
  • Experience as system administrators, prior to and during fielding's or operator maintenance.
  • Experience with technical, tactical, and logistical insight for the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of PdM portfolio of systems.
  • Able to collect data from Army units for the fielding requirements, facilities, manpower support, shipping information, and points of contact.
  • Experience developing installation and new equipment training schedule.
  • Experience conducting new equipment and sustainment training at unit locations.
  • Experience coordinating with PdM in response to system integration requirements and the integration of engineering change orders into previously fielded systems.
  • Ability to perform technical training that supports the initial transfer of knowledge on the operation and maintenance of new equipment as a means of establishing a training capability.
  • Ability to provide support during technical manual reviews and validations.
  • Experience conducting pre-fielding inventories of all system end items to include Component of End Item (COEI), Additional Authorization List (AAL), and BII.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Capable of providing remote support and/or on-site troubleshooting in response to requests for technical assistance
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more unassisted
