Field Training Strategy & Analytics Coordinator

The Field Training Strategy & Analytics Coordinator, reporting to the Technical Training Delivery Manager, serves as the primary resource for training analytics, reporting, and business intelligence within the Technical Training organization. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, improve program effectiveness, and enhance business performance. Through the development of reporting tools, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics, this role helps inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across training initiatives.

As a key member of the Technical Training team, this individual will partner with stakeholders across Training Delivery, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Information Technology to improve reporting, optimize program performance, and support strategic decision-making. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Data Analytics & Reporting
  1. Own the development, maintenance, and governance of training-related Power BI dashboards, reporting, and data models.
  2. Analyze training participation, completion, instructor utilization, learner outcomes, and marketing effectiveness to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Develop automated reporting, KPI tracking, and data visualizations that drive actionable business decisions.
  4. Ensure data integrity and partner with stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data accessibility.

Training Effectiveness & Communications
  1. Measure and report on training effectiveness using attendance, certification, feedback, and performance metrics.
  2. Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives for training delivery, learner engagement, and program effectiveness.
  3. Support training communications, marketing activities, and enrollment strategies through targeted reporting and analysis.
  4. Create executive-ready presentations, summaries, and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights.

Strategic Planning & Business Support
  1. Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding training strategy, resource allocation, and business performance.
  2. Develop forecasting models for training demand, instructor capacity, and resource utilization.
  3. Support annual business planning through analysis of training trends, costs, and performance metrics.
  4. Benchmark training performance across regions and identify best practices.
  5. Develop metrics and reporting that demonstrate the business impact and return on investment (ROI) of training programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  1. Serve as the primary liaison between Training Delivery, Data Analytics, IT, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to advance reporting capabilities and data maturity.

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying/forecasting trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • 3+ years of experience building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI

  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, or other data management and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting training, learning and development, marketing, or business operations functions.
  • Experience measuring program effectiveness, KPI performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and communications strategy.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Understanding of automotive dealership operations, including service, technician development, and fixed operations performance metrics.
  • Experience working with dealership-facing training, field operations, aftermarket, OEM, or automotive retail organizations.
  • Familiarity with technician training, certification programs, and automotive learning systems.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500., This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
