Full Job Description
The Field Training & End-User Engagement Manager is responsible for advancing PIP's field training and customer engagement strategy through dynamic, hands-on learning experiences and in-market support. This role serves as a visible representative of the company, bringing PIP's value proposition to life by delivering impactful training, product demonstrations, and customer-facing engagement initiatives. Working closely with sales teams, distributor partners, and end users, the position drives product adoption, strengthens customer relationships, and supports business growth. The role requires the ability to influence diverse audiences, from experienced sales professionals to frontline workers, while serving as both a subject matter expert and brand ambassador.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver dynamic, in-person and virtual training experiences on PIP's PPE products, solutions, and value propositions
  • Partner directly with field sales teams in-market to support customer visits, product demonstrations, and account onboarding
  • Create immersive, hands-on learning experiences that drive real-world application and behavior change-not just knowledge transfer
  • Translate technical product features into clear, compelling, value-based messaging tailored to customer needs
  • Support new product launches through field activation, training, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Assess training needs in the field and continuously evolve programs based on feedback and business priorities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on PPE products, applications, and industry trends
  • Act as an evangelist and ambassador for the PIP Global Safety brand throughout the country
  • Travel extensively (up to 90%) to support field engagement, customer interaction, and sales enablement


Core Skills/Competency Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or field enablement-preferably within industrial distribution or PPE
  • Strong knowledge of PPE products (hand protection, eye/face protection, protective clothing, etc.)
  • Proven ability to influence experienced sales professionals and end users in a field-based environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change-not just deliver training content
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a travel-intensive role
  • Strong sales acumen and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to command presence and engage diverse, experienced audiences
  • Passion for field-based, hands-on engagement and experiential learning
